Manitoba Diabetes Forum
Keynote: Dr. Steve Smith, Mayo Clinic and Project Leader on the Decade of Discovery: A Minnesota Partnership to Conquer Diabetes
The Forum will be the key organizational event to bring together experts and stakeholders working in diabetes in the province, including: government, scientific research, clinical research, nutrition, population and community health, investment and commercialization.

Nutrigenomics and Bioactives Research - Dr. Peter Eck - Canada Research Chair in Nutrigenomics

The objective of the event is to create a Manitoba roadmap of organizational resources in the diabetes space in the region. By identifying these areas we will be well positioned to identify gaps and discuss solutions that will move new technologies that treat the disease and improve patient care to commercialization.
