Intro to Succession Planning.png (174 KB)

Succession planning is a process for identifying and developing team members with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company. 70% of organizations that have developed succession plans don’t follow them through.

In this workshop, you will learn the steps involved with succession planning, the difference between performance and potential, and the best practices for establishing a succession plan for your organization. You will also learn to create “talent maps” and subsequent action plans based on the results.

At the end of this workshop, you can expect to know how to effectively incorporate best practices related to establishing a succession plan for your organization. You will also know how to create a system that will help your organization continue to grow and achieve goals

This workshop is highly recommended for managers, supervisors, presidents, or anyone who wants to be in a leadership role.
