An organization’s competitiveness depends on its ability to embrace diversity and realize the benefits. When organizations actively assess their handling of workplace diversity issues, develop and implement diversity plans, multiple benefits are reported.

This workshop will teach you the skills needed to help create an inclusive and supportive work environment. Diversity training is one way to develop awareness and increase employee's knowledge and sensitivity to diversity issues. Learn how to deal effectively with workplace diversity and enable your organization to work successfully in cross-cultural situations.

You can expect to learn how to acknowledge how culture and age impacts one’s own perceptions, values and assumptions. You will also learn leadership strategies for building a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
