Strengthen Your Resilience - Live Online/Virtual Training

There are three components that make up a person’s hardiness level. 

Challenge is seeing change and novelty as exciting and as an opportunity for you to learn and grow. Control is having a sense of self-efficacy and the belief that you can influence outcomes in your life. Commitment is being engaged and seeing most parts of your life as interesting and meaningful.

​This 2 hour online training explores the three components of hardiness.  Each one facilitates a flexible, confident, and passionate approach to life, ensuring a strong degree of resiliency when responding to a range of stressful conditions.

​We use the Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) assessment in this work. (see example) Assessment link will be sent to you once registered and to be done prior to online training.
