Emotional Intelligence & Communication Skills
As an effective leader, we communicate, mentor and coach our teams to success. Taking a coach approach is about how you show up as a communicator. It fosters better employee engagement and client engagement. It is how we engage with people, frame and ask questions, and acknowledge others.
This 1/2 day workshop will build coaching skills to enhance your work and personal environments, and to explore the possibilities of leadership through coaching. Participants will explore their emotional intelligence and enhance awareness of their emotional attributes. At the conclusion of the workshop participants will describe their personal leadership style and plan for implementation.
