It is essential that terminations are dealt with in a strategic manner. Poor handling of employee terminations could affect your organization’s reputation, team morale, operational workflow and could even have legal repercussions.
In this workshop, you will learn about the termination process and how it impacts departing employees. You will also learn how to conduct an effective meeting about employment termination, and how to plan for potentially difficult departures.
At the end of the workshop, you can expect to know and be able to apply the best practices for preparing and delivering effective employment termination meetings.
