As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to influence all of our lives, leaders need to be continually finding new ways to help their teams manage the crisis. As leaders, we have a responsibility to improve the well-being of our workforce as we continue to navigate these challenging times. 

Building your resilience can help with the following:

  • Improve communication
  • Increase self-awareness
  • Become more optimistic
  • Become more mindful
     

These tools will help you empower yourself to support others and lean into a leadership role which will have a positive impact on your workplace and your personal life too. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Identify factors that lead to resilience;
  • Articulate steps to embrace change;
  • Recognize situations in which to exert control;
  • Practice gratitude; and
  • Develop strategies to enhance hardiness

Prework: Participants will complete a short pre-workshop online questionnaire and receive their own Resilience assessment.
