Understanding Zoom Breakout Rooms to help your Organization get to the Next Level in Collaboration!
Outcomes from this workshop:
- Determine how Zoom breakout rooms can be effective for the facilitator and the learner
- Review how to configure and manage your breakout rooms with strategy behind different methods (step-by-step process)
- Understand preparation “musts” with presentation, activities, and broadcast message(s)
- A quick overview of advanced resources available (tools/options) for participants while in breakout rooms
- Determine the length of time needed for breakout rooms, so you do not leave the participants “hanging”
- Participants will have the option to practice taking control of the session and moving participants to breakout rooms
Prework: Review the video "How to use Breakout Rooms" (3.18 minutes in length). This pre-work will allow you to get into deeper learning and spend more diving deeper into practice and collaborating!
