Microsoft Teams Training - Virtual

Course Overview

This course is a one-day introduction to Microsoft Teams, a collaboration and meeting app, with a focus on meetings, file sharing, and collaboration. Participants will get hands-on experience working in Teams in a sandbox—but fully functional—Office 365 site, with opportunities to schedule and participate in meetings, customize their meeting experience and use breakout rooms, use chat and calls for collaboration, share files and collaborate in Channels, and get a first look at the new feature rolling out in 2021: Teams Connect.

This course is presented by Karin Carlson, a Microsoft-Master Certified Trainer based in Winnipeg, MB, who has over 20 years of training experience. She has been using Microsoft software since 1986.
