You’ll learn the steps involved with succession planning, the difference between performance and potential, and the best practices for establishing a succession plan for your organization. You’ll also learn to create “talent maps” for your team, and subsequent action plans based on the results.

This single class is an effective and useful standalone for anyone in a leadership role -- regardless of experience.

Who Should Attend?

All organizations, no matter their size, need succession planning. While it is less likely that you will have potential successors for every role in a ten person company, you can minimally cross-train.

This session is ideal for managers, supervisors, presidents, or anyone who wants to be in a leadership role.
