In a recent study, the Mental Health Commission of Canada found that in any given week, 500,000 Canadians do not go to work due to mental health challenges. There is significant evidence that poor mental health at work affects performance at both the individual and organizational level. This session is designed to assist leaders in addressing & promoting mental health and reducing stigma of mental illness within an organization.
