This candidate will be committed to providing medical product related education, hands-on training, and follow up product support to our existing and/or potential customers on the use of Neonatal Incubators, Radiant Warmer Therapy, Phototherapy and Physiologic Patient Monitors. The CNS collaborates with Zone Managers, Existing Clinical Staff and Sales Team members to advance the sales process while maximizing customer experience and satisfaction. The primary role of the CNS is to support BOMImed's Infant Warming and Patient Monitoring product lines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
" Serve as a product resource expert and mentor to newly hire and existing BOMImed Staff
" Leads/assists with in-service education and follow up, trouble-shooting guidance during trial and evaluation or post  sale install
" Assist BOMImed team members with tasked implementation duties either before, during or post implementations in a  team approach
" Maintain work calendar and commitments, while making travel arrangements for projects within company guidelines
" Develop and deliver instructional information to customer healthcare professionals on the use of BOMImed's Infant  Warming and Patient Monitoring product lines.

Skills Required:
" Excellent written, verbal communication and documentation skills - must be fluent in written and spoken English
" Effectively work with others, possessing professionalism, tact, discretion and diplomacy
" Maintain confidentiality of patient, hospital and corporate related information
" Proficient presentation skills and ability to deliver presentations to various groups
" Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
" Sound organizational and excellent time management skills
" Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
" Ability to travel


 Education and Experience Required:

" Must reside or be willing to re-locate to Winnipeg, MB
" Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing or related medical field
" Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical care setting with background in Neonatology and Critical Care
" Hold a provincial issued clinical license in good standing
" Valid driver's license
