We’re looking for someone with 2+ years professional experience to help provide support to our marketing program.
Major Responsibilities: Marketing
Executes internal marketing strategy for BAM and PBC under the guidance of the President
Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
Produces and coordinates delivery of digital content including writing and/or editing social media posts on all platforms, outbound emails and newsletters for BAM and PBC.
Track diagnostics and sponsorship campaigns, organizes and schedules shareable content.
Updates and maintains company websites, BAM and PBC.
Updates and maintains company CRM database

Social media savvy.
Strong writing, editing, verbal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow through on tasks.
Ability to think creatively, work efficiently, plan ahead, and juggle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to pivot and accommodate last minute changes in daily responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), and WordPress.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Education and Experience: 2+ years of work experience or a recent graduate. Bachelor’s degree (B. Sc.) with a major or focus in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred.
