We are in search of crop labourers to join our team in Dauphin.

Your duties will include:

  • Harvesting, sorting, and packing fruit.
  • Planting, string tying.
  • Twisting plants around support string, clipping the plant to the support string, pruning suckers, and lowering of plants.
  • De-leafing
  • Crop Clean Out
  • Machine Operating
  • Daily clean up.

Other Duties as assigned

To succeed, you possess the following:

  • Ability to be on your feet for most of the day.
  • Gardening experience is an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable working in heat and natural light.
  • Conversational English or willingness to embrace ESL opportunities.
  • Conscientiousness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to continuously learn, follow directions and accept feedback.
  • Positive teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • High degree of confidentiality regarding job-related matters.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (including lifting, working at heights, exposure to bees, pests)
