FINANCE MANAGER:

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
In a typical day, you’ll be excited to start the day with a coffee in-hand, energized and ready to lead the finance team.
As manager, you will:
- Lead a team of six people
- Mentor and develop young talent
- Develop policies and procedures
- Conduct process and change management
- Perform succession planning
Accounting responsibilities include:
- G/L and reconciliation review
- Financial reporting
- Tax
- Analysis and trending
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Payroll oversight
- Familiar with Sage 300 or Sage Intacct
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- CPA designation
- Experience with computer-based accounting software (Sage) an asset, but not required
