FINANCE MANAGER:

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?
In a typical day, you’ll be excited to start the day with a coffee in-hand, energized and ready to lead the finance team.
As manager, you will:
Lead a team of six people
Mentor and develop young talent
Develop policies and procedures
Conduct process and change management
Perform succession planning
Accounting responsibilities include:
G/L and reconciliation review
Financial reporting
Tax
Analysis and trending
Budgeting & forecasting
Payroll oversight
Familiar with Sage 300 or Sage Intacct
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
CPA designation
Experience with computer-based accounting software (Sage) an asset, but not required
