Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Winnipeg, MB. Hybrid remote)

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the full RFP response, corporate social media, and sales/marketing campaign lifecycle.  This includes monitoring bid sites and managing the corporate document library. This position also participates in the managing and curation of content for social media posts.  The Sales & Marketing Coordinator also acts as a back up administrator assisting the other administrators as needed.

What you will be doing

You will be bringing your skills to a variety of tasks, including managing the full lifecycle of an RFP/proposal as part of a bid management team, ensuring on time completion and submission. When RFP’s are not ongoing, you will assist the marketing team with curating content for social media sites. This will include basic website updates, blog posts, marketing material and other sales related tasks. You are also responsible as a corporate librarian for document management for sites that include Bloomfire and OneDrive.

Specific Job Responsibilities


  • Scan and monitor procurement sites daily and apprise the team of opportunities
  • Organize and run bid no-bid meetings
  • Facilitate the coordination and successful completion of the RFP response life cycle
  • Create and maintain RFP project folder structure and content on OneDrive
  • Plan, schedule and manage meetings and timelines
  • Write, edit, review and assemble content
  • Work with IMT partners to coordinate response


  • Work with the sales and marketing teams with all social media and collateral assets
  • Manages and curate content for social media posts
  • Carry out market research – e.g., competitor messaging, industry trends
  • Manage marketing campaigns and result reporting
  • Assists with basic website updates


  • Contribute to office management and administration activities with People/Culture Manager
  • Organize and maintain corporate Knowledge Management assets
  • Act as back up to People/Culture Manager
  • Other duties as assigned


  • University degree or college diploma in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or Creative Communications or combination of previous position experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Previous work experience with social media platform management and MS Office.
  • Ability to clearly communicate over phone, email and chat.
  • Ability to write clear, concise marketing and sales documentation and RFP/Proposal responses
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
