Arterial Stiffness Inc. (ASI), also known as Arterial Assessments, has developed an affordable, portable, and non-invasive device that measures the amount of atherosclerosis a person has (plaque in their arteries).
Competitive devices used to measure atherosclerosis require a technician to operate and cost approximately $25,000. But ASI’s device does not require a technician, has a more efficient capital model, and determines a person’s stiffness index in less than two minutes.
ASI earns revenue through product sales and monthly subscription models. Its target customers are primary care physician offices.
