As COVID-19 vaccines are beginning to be rolled out across the country, a panel of lawyers from TDS’ labour & employment practice group will discuss the developing legal considerations and potential implications in the workplace. What are the rights and obligations of employers with regard to vaccination policies? What should employers consider prior to implementing a policy for testing or vaccination?
Keith LaBossiere, Managing Partner and CEO of TDS and TDS labour and employment lawyer Kristin Kersey will present on this rapidly developing area of law. They will reference decisions coming out of other jurisdictions and possible approaches employers can consider (or should avoid), based on the information currently available.
