Winnipeg, MB –3 Guys Greens, an innovative Winnipeg technology and agricultural company, is releasing Winnipeg’s first-ever salad subscription service in May 2021.
“We are proud to bring to the market a salad that is the first of its kind for farm to table dining in Winnipeg,” says Adam Dudek, co-founder of 3 Guys Greens.
“All of our leafy greens are produced without the use of pesticides or herbicides in our automated systems, minimizing human contact and guaranteeing a safe, healthy product for Winnipeggers and their families to enjoy.”
Featuring premium nutrient-dense microgreens, the salad subscription service offers deliveries once per week. Each salad is delivered no more than 24 hours after harvest for optimal freshness, grown in 3 Guy’s Greens own custom-engineered vertical farms.
The techniques 3 Guys Greens applies to its produce uses 97% less water than traditional agricultural methods, making these microgreens an environmentally friendly alternative to vegetables available in grocery stores.
The company has partnered with Loaf and Honey to add a gourmet, high-end salad dressing to the service each month, guaranteeing variety in types of salads from week to week and sharing the wares of another Manitoban artisan food producer to its subscribers.
“We firmly believe that both physical and mental health begins with nutrition, and these microgreens are some of the most nutritious produce on the market,” says Dudek.
