Manitoba is faced with profound health and socio-economic issues directly related to diabetes. While all demographic groups in the province are affected, northern indigenous populations reported a significantly higher incidence of Type 2 diabetes.
The Manitoba government is providing $500,000 to help Manitoba companies pursue new opportunities to export and diversify markets for their products, Economic Development, Investment and Trade Minister Jeff Wharton announced today.
