This half-day workshop targeted to individuals with sales responsibilities, CEO’s, and founders.
The workshop is designed to help companies understand and create a process for market validation of products into specific markets. The workshop includes exercises and a workbook so that participants can leave the program with a tangible strategy that can implemented and validated.

In this session you will learn about specific strategy points to validate include: What am I selling? Who will I sell this to? Why would they want to buy it from me?

  • How to validate your product/service in specific markets.
  • What am I selling? Who will I sell it to? Why will they want it?
  • Identify all the assumptions that are implicit in these answers
  • Armed with the info you want to validate, how do you actually do it?
