Participants receive a detailed 18-page report on their individual results that identifies their natural tendencies in relation to their potential for success in leadership. Each attendee will be taught the various scales within the ManagementPro profile and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
They will leave this session with a greater appreciation and understanding of their own natural leadership style and how to identify strategies to effectively lead and communicate with others who have different natural tendencies than themselves on the team.
Learn the latest research on the characteristics of highly effective leaders - including an interactive discussion on integrity, influence, personal awareness, and how to effectively develop others within your organization.
Understand what the difference is between leadership & management and what are the fatal flaws, that when exhibited, can result in failure in leadership.

Barry Jansen, owner and President of JansenHR, is a senior human resources and leadership consulting professional. Drawing from 25 years of experience, Jansen is accomplished in the non-profit, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba and a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
As an HR professional, Jansen is a long term member of the Human Resources Management Association
of Manitoba, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Human Capital Institute.
