Coaching for Performance

WHY ATTEND?

When an employee is under-performing, what should you do? The first steps begin with coaching your team for performance.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Learn strategies on how to be an effective coach and mentor. In this session, you will learn the "The Performance Equation" and how to model the steps to develop your team. The goal of coaching is to work with employees to improve work and performance problems - therefore be an effective leader for the team!

Establish clear performance expectations for your staff, learn to use reinforcing and re-directive feedback, and create strategies on how to effectively handle challenging employee situations. When you coach, you’re truly leading the team.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Anyone who wants to hone or develop their own coaching skills. Ideal for managers, supervisors, CEO's who wish to refresh their coaching skills or anyone who wants to be in a leadership role.
