Learning Objectives

  • Create and modify tables to organize data and enhance appearance
  • Use the Mail Merge task pane with different data sources and main documents to create form letters, envelopes, and mailing labels
  • Use styles to create consistently formatted documents and to facilitate changing paragraph and character formatting
  • Create and insert Quick Parts to reuse data and content and create documents with consistent standards
  • Use existing templates to provide consistent document editing and formatting, and create custom form templates

Course Instructor: Claudette Craig

Claudette Craig is the owner of CD Consulting. She has more than 25 years of experience coordinating and facilitating courses, with a primary focus on the design and instruction of various Microsoft products. She has her Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification at the Master Level. Her background includes working with a wide client-base in all business sectors, developing and implementing database applications and designing user reference materials and online training videos.
