Cubresa, a Winnipeg company that develops medical devices has a joint venture operation in Hefei, a city in Central China about halfway between Shanghai and Wuhan, the epicentre of the outbreak. James Schellenberg, CEO and founder of Cubresa, says there is a lot of planning involved in adjusting to travel restrictions because of the outbreak.
