Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development through the Canadian Agricultural Partnership (CAP) – Ag Action Manitoba program, has allocated $3 million to assist Manitoba’s agriculture industry.
Eligible activities must occur in Manitoba and can include items under the following focus areas:
Focus Area 1 – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), testing equipment, and sanitation supplies rebate
Focus Area 2 – Business continuity initiatives, training and resources specific to COVID-19 mitigation
Focus Area 3 – Production process adaptations and equipment rentals
adaptations to production processes, facilities and common area
equipment to mitigate the spread of COVID-19quipment to mitigate the spread of COVID-19
Deadlines:
For projects under Focus Areas 1 and 2, applications will be received beginning July 20, 2020 until January 31, 2021.
For projects under Focus Area 3, applications will be received beginning in the Fall 2020 until January 31, 2021. A specific intake date will be announced in September. Please check the website for any announcements.
